Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 4 oranges
- 8 ripe apricots
- 1 bough of celery
- 2 cm ginger
- Rinse and pit the apricots, peel the celery and the ginger, and cut the whole in pieces.
- Put all in the centrifuge, and add to the obtained juice the pressed juice of oranges.
- Mix well.
- Serve with or without ice cubes.

- 1 branche de céleri
- 2 cm de gingembre
- Coupez en morceaux les abricots, rincés et dénoyautés, le céleri et le gingembre pelés.
- Passez à la centrifugeuse, et ajoutez au jus obtenu le jus pressé des oranges.
- Mélangez bien.
- Servez avec ou sans glaçons.
