Smoothie aux trois saveurs / Three Flavors Smoothie

c’est la boisson de la semaine, elle est très reconstituante 

Ingrédients : (pour 2 personnes)

• 25 cl de jus de pomme
• 1 tasse 1/2 de compote de pomme
• 1 petite banane coupée en rondelles
• 5 cl de lait écrémé
• 1/2 cuiller à soupe de vanille liquide

1. Mixez tous les ingrédients jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange lisse.
2. Répartissez la préparation dans deux verres, et servez 🙂

Aliment anti-âge vedette : la vanille.  Je l’ai déjà commentée, on sait que cette orchidée est tonique, digestive, antiseptique, et bénéfique pour les bronches. J’aimerais ajouter une anecdote lue sur ce blog : “on doit à Chanel, qui recherchait une espèce de vanille bourrée d’antioxydants afin de créer une nouvelle crème anti-âge, le sauvetage d’une espèce de vanillier en voie de disparition ! Leurs chercheurs ont découvert, à Madagascar, les 13 derniers arbres au monde de cette espèce, au fin fond d’une forêt. Les arbres furent immédiatement protégés, et une ombrière de vanille fut mise en place en 2002. Trois ans plus tard, la première récolte de gousses vertes de 14 cm de long, dont sera extrait un actif rare,  très riche en taux de polyphénols, donnera trente kilos d’une précieuse matière, aux propriétés anti-âge exceptionnelles. Et voilà comment est née la crème “Sublimage” de Chanel, vendue à près de 300 € le petit pot !

Ingredients: (serves 2)

• 25 cl apple juice
• 1 1/2 cup apple sauce
• 1 small banana sliced
• 5 cl skimmed milk
• 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla extract

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
   
2. Divide the mixture into two glasses and serve 🙂

Featured anti-aging ingredient: Vanilla. I have already commented about it. We know that this orchid is tonic, digestive, antiseptic, and beneficial to the bronchi. I would like to add a short story I read on a French blog: “We owe to Chanel, that while they were looking for a sort of vanilla very rich in antioxidants to create a new anti-aging cream, they have saved a species of vanilla in endangered! Their researchers found in Madagascar, the last 13 trees of this species in the world, in the depths of a forest.
