.
Here is the recipe in English:
Ingredients: (for a good plate of truffles)
- 125 g dark chocolate (if you like the taste choose it bitter or bitter-sweet for a maximum of flavonoids).
- 50 g of butter from cow’s milk, cocoa butter or coconut oil (I used the first one)
- 20 g of honey or any other equivalent with syrupy power
- 5 to 15 g of spirulina (virtually undetectable at less than 10 g, except in case of poor rewet – beyond spirulina begins to contribute its chlorophyll aromas to the final bouquet)
- 2 tablespoons Flaxseed – which give a sweet crunchy to truffles, and a healthy dose of omega-3.
- Moisten Spirulina: pour spirulina powder in several volumes of water and leave for a few minutes, mixing a little on the end.
- Prepare the ganache: make melt butter and chocolate separately, then mix with all other ingredients with a whisk.
- Shape the truffles: Once it is lukewarm, put this mixture in the refrigerator for an hour to harden it, and form the balls·
- Finally roll the truffles in cocoa powder.
Anti-aging benefits: Spirulina. Chocolate. Butter: is rich in CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) whichhave anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties, and would be beneficial against heart problems or obesity. It is also rich in vitamins A, D and E. Flaxseed. And as written by Spirulinéa on its recipe: to the antioxidant flavonoids of the chocolate and cocoa, are added omega-3 from flaxseed, and the multiple benefits of spirulina, including its own antioxidants and iron.
